Teaching objectives
This one-day course allows participants to acquire the basics of pedagogy and to be informed about the main aspects of a teaching action.
Notice: This training is intended for companies wishing to upgrade the skills of their employees. If you are a private individual you will not be able to follow this training. However, NOVAE offers training courses for individuals in the aeronautical maintenance sector.

During this course, participants will be taught basics on :

- Communication Techniques

This basics will allow participants to:
- Clearly identify the characteristics of a training action and the trainer competences
- Debate on the trainer position and role
- Be initiated into speech techniques and Experience oral presentation
- Check the consistency of a training action structure
- Compare and define evaluation methods
- Practice assessment
